1、Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Earrings, sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
For exchanges: return the original item first, then place a new order after approval.
Please report damaged, defective or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you of the refund result by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within several business days.
Banks or card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
